Backgammon Antwerp Rating List

Welcome to the official Backgammon Antwerp Rating List.

This page will contain the current rating rankings of players who participate in tournaments organized or co-organized by Backgammon Antwerp. The purpose of the rating system is to provide an objective and transparent overview of the active competitive backgammon scene in Antwerp and the surrounding region.

Every player who takes part in a qualifying tournament will automatically be included in the rating list. Ratings will be updated after each eligible event, allowing players to track their progress and compare their results with other competitors over time.

To ensure that the rankings accurately reflect the current competitive landscape, players who have not participated in a qualifying tournament for six consecutive months will be marked as inactive and removed from the active ranking. If they return to play in a future qualifying event, they will automatically be reinstated on the rating list.

The rating list published on this page will be updated regularly and will serve as the official reference ranking of Backgammon Antwerp.

The first tournament to count towards the rating list will be the Backgammon Antwerp Summer Tournament on 19 July 2026. Results from this event will form the starting point of the rating system.

We believe this initiative will add an extra dimension to our tournaments, encourage regular participation, and provide players with a long-term measure of their competitive performance.
